Letting Go of "Perfect", the Key to Success
Panel: Karen Pitsley, Transforming Architecture, Stanette Robinson, RHM Partners and Jeanne Sherwood, WellAdvantage
Facilitator: Allison Moran, AHM Solutions

Do you ever feel like everything has to be perfect before you can take action? Or, if you want it done right, you have to do it yourself? Many business owners feel this way. During BWN's panel discussion in June, you'll hear from three dynamic businesswomen how "letting go of perfect" allowed them to move forward and achieve great success in their businesses.

BWN began in 1979 as 'The Women's Network' with the goal of providing an informal networking setting for women. In 1992, the group refocused to provide a more formal networking organization and incorporated in November of that year.

A volunteer board of directors runs BWN, which has nearly 200 members representing large and small businesses, non-profits, government and private organizations. Although most members live or work in Howard County, individuals from all over the Baltimore/ Washington Corridor area attend monthly meetings.
