Kiersten Lortz - The neuroscience of stress and anxiety

Kiersten Lortz is a Purpose and Productivity Coach and the founder and CEO of Possibilities Coaching and Consulting LLC. She's the author of Possibilities: Partnering with God to Create a Life You Love and has been a keynote speaker for women's conferences across the East Coast. She founded the Possibilities Conference in 2022 and is a certified life coach through the ICF-accredited Life Coaching Institute of America as well as a graduate of Marie Forleo's B-School and Amy Porterfield's Course Confident programs. Kiersten was a professional violinist for 25 years before becoming a coach and enjoys music and studying Japanese. She and her husband, Tim, are the parents of four crazy kids and live in central Maryland.
