NETWORKING WITH EASE

Networking with Ease: Creating your Circle - In the final meeting of our three-part networking series, we’ll be talking about cultivating meaningful connections. We’ll dispel some common myths, and you’ll learn why:

  • The most effective networkers often are NOT extroverts

  • Collecting as many business cards as possible at an event is NOT a good measure of success

  • The purpose of networking is NOT to find clients

Each of our four panelists will share the unique perspective they bring to networking, offering insight and inspiration. Join us on April 17 at the Collective Encore!

PANELISTS:

Jessica Knopp - With a rich tapestry of experience spanning over 14 years collectively in the residential real estate sector, Jessica has carved a niche for herself as a dedicated and passionate professional. Her commitment to guiding individuals and families through the intricate journey of buying or selling their homes is not just her profession; it's her passion. For Jessica, real estate is more than transactions—it's about helping people plant roots, grow their families, and secure their financial futures.

Chris Marcinek - As a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP) and president of the Maryland Professional Photographers Association (MDPPA), Chris finds her most fulfilling moments with a camera in hand. Specializing in capturing the strength and beauty of women at every stage of life, she finds her voice through the lens. While naturally a quiet observer, her passion for capturing the strength and beauty of women shines brightly in her photography. She fosters a collaborative space where women can discover and celebrate their unique power. Through a relaxed and creative atmosphere at her studio, she guides them to see themselves in a new light, a reflection that radiates confidence. Chris enjoys being part of the Hospitality Committee and welcoming newcomers to BWN.

Ginny Robertson - For 24 years, Ginny Robertson has offered women opportunities for deep connection and supported them in being seen, heard, and living their life on purpose. She’s the Founder of the On Purpose Woman Global Community and On Purpose Woman Magazine, a speaker, author and host of the Real Women Real Purpose Talk Show on YouTube.

Sue Sollers - Sue is a United States Air Force Veteran. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. She has been in the commercial banking industry for twenty-two years. She is a Vice President and Commercial Banker at WesBanco Bank. She is married to Royce Sollers, and they have two daughters, India, 14, and Ava, 11. She is usually in contest prep for a pageant or fitness competition in her spare time. She has won over 13 beauty pageant titles and competed at Miss USA in 2001 as the first African American titleholder from Nebraska. Sue earned a bikini pro card from the OCB organization in Aug 2019 as a first-time competitor. She believes all these contests have made her a master at setting goals and implementing a plan to achieve them.
