Join us for this interactive workshop where you will be challenged to set realistic goals and master self-motivation, helping you to tackle your 2022 business year with strength. Registrants will be provided with worksheets and an assignment before the workshop as well as an accountability email after the workshop.

Ruth Lamberty, ACC,CPCC, is the Founding Coach of Adult Prep, a hands-on coaching and facilitation firm with a focus on emotional wellbeing, leadership and confidence development, ADHD and executive functioning challenges, and overall life balance support. Fueling her passion for the special needs community, Ruth teaches several transitional classes for young adults with special needs. She also enjoys working and volunteering with mission-driven organizations, where she helps shape programs for team engagement, community building and self-focused initiatives.
