Melissa Curtin

Melissa Curtin, Melissa Curtin Coaching + Consulting, is a certified executive coach and strategy consultant. She knows first-hand what it takes to build, grow, and sustain an organization while strengthening a team, managing operations, meeting the expectations of stakeholders, and the countless other responsibilities that keep leaders (including business owners) awake at night. Melissa brings a heart-centered and partnership-based approach and over 25 years of personal and professional experience and expertise across the private and social sectors to her business and clients.

Shané Gooding

Shané K. Gooding is the owner of Imiivo Photo Studios and proud mother of a toddler who loves roaring like a dinosaur. She has been creating with the camera for over 20 years. She has also written, produced, directed, shot, edited and exhibited her art work in galleries and art spaces across the nation, including co-producing a documentary that aired on PBS. In her early career, she worked in the film and television industry and served as a professor for years. In addition to branding & portrait photography, she coaches women entrepreneurs to create a strong personal brand so that they can attract their dream clients effortlessly. 

Natalia Zacharin

In 2018, after years of working for other firms, Natalia opened her own firm, Zacharin Consulting; a firm dedicated to empowering businesses to understand their financial health and give clarity so that they can significantly improve their bottom line.  

Using a blend of personal service and expertise, Natalia's goal is to bring her experience and knowledge to her clients in a meaningful way.  Zacharin Consulting offers strategic bookkeeping, monthly accounting, remote CFO services and financial intelligence programs to help businesses thrive, stay organized, save time, and give them peace of mind.  In these uncertain times, Zacharin Consulting strives to stay on top of the latest trends in the economy and is now offering cash flow forecasting and analysis, budgeting tools, sales projections, and accounting support for tax planning and tax remediation.  Everything we do is based on driving value to our clients in navigating the complex landscape of entrepreneurship.
