Boris Alexander is the lead waiter at Xenia Greek Kouzina, a local sommelier and a winner of the 2018 Heart of the Industry award by the Maryland Restaurant Association.

Guests are highly encouraged for this fun once-a-year event! Bring a friend to introduce to our warm, welcoming group.

Boris will be making an Aperol Spritz and a Strawberry Basil Lemonade Mocktail. For the Aperol Spritz, you will need: Aperol, Prosecco, sparkling water and an orange. For the Mocktail, you will need: Strawberries, basil, lemonade of your choice and an optional jalapeno!

Boris will be zooming Live from Xenia Greek Kouzina.

Zaching Against Cancer Foundation (ZACF) provides support to cancer patients and their support networks through scholarships, research and direct patient outreach. Money raised by ZACF goes towards The Little Things Program, scholarships, an internship and donations to cancer research and outreach organizations.
