One of the unique features of BWN is that we are ACTIVE supporters of our Howard County community. Not only do our members support each other as women in the business world, but we also harness the collective power of our membership to support the vital service work of various local organizations.
This month, help us support the Howard County Head Start Program.
The Howard County Community Action Council's Head Start Program promotes school readiness, health, nutrition and parent involvement services to low-income families with young children ages 3-5 years old. The Head Start Program also provides special services for children with developmental, intellectual and / or physical disabilities. The program has 4 locations and 17 classrooms in Howard County.
