Lisa proudly served as Director of Membership for Business Women’s Network from 2012 -2016, and has served on the BWN Scholarship Foundation Board for several years. Nancy Buckley
Nancy has been serving the accounting needs of clients for over twenty-five years. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park and a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Maryland. In November 2020, she became a partner at BDO USA, LLP when Hertzbach & Company, P.A. joined the firm. Nancy specializes in providing management advisory services and income tax preparation to local businesses. In addition, she works with individuals and sole proprietors in tax planning, bookkeeping and personal income tax preparation including multi-state income tax returns. |

Cynthia M. Campbell, EdD’s background includes a Doctorate of Education from Biola University and over 20 years of experience in educational and editorial work, including tutoring and teaching with Project Literacy at Howard County Central Library. She is a Plain Language consultant and currently teaches English as a Second Language for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. She and her husband, Jeff, have lived in Columbia since 2000.
Sue Bullock is a retired career development teacher and the owner of Celebrate Awards and Gifts in Ellicott City. In addition to traditional trophies and plaques, she offers personalized gifts for all occasions. While owning a business wasn’t part of her plan, she loves learning new skills and building relationships with her customers and other business owners. Sue enjoys volunteering with BWN and 4-H, gardening, going to auctions, and spending time with family and friends. Sue’s three children (Jamie, Curtis, and Emma) are also educators.
Nina K. Yudell is a partner and portfolio manager at Brown Advisory with over 30 years of investment experience. She serves as Vice Chair of the University of Baltimore Foundation and Chair of the UBF Investment Committee. Nina is a member of the Howard County Estate Planning Council as well as a member of the Business Women’s Network of Howard County and serves on the board as Secretary of the BWN Scholarship Foundation.
Jeannine Jawhar, CPA, MAT, has been a member of BWN since 2009. She is the recent recipient of the BWN Boss Lady Quarterly Award for Giving. Jeannine is a Tax Senior Manager at BDO and has over 19 years of experience working with individuals and small businesses as a trusted advisor providing tax planning, tax preparation, accounting, and consulting services. Jeannine specializes in providing outsourced accounting and controller services and financial system setup for entrepreneur business. She is currently serving on the Northwest Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is licensed by the State of Maryland.
For more than 30 years Lisa Jolles, her husband Brian and a five-person support staff, strive to “Set the Standard for Service” for the individuals and companies they serve.
