Monthly meetings offer networking opportunities and most meetings feature a speaker who presents a topic chosen by an annual membership survey. At special meetings, BWN honors its volunteers and facilitates networking opportunities.

At each meeting, literature tables are available to display information.

Members are given the opportunity to receive a pre-registration discount on the cost of meetings.

If a guest joins on site at an event, she will pay at the member rate for lunch!

Don't miss our February presentation, when Claudio Toyama will introduce the latest research on the number one driver of motivation (tip, it's not money). Additionally, Claudio will explain how our brains are wired to avoid change and the steps you can take immediately to reach for a bigger goal. Claudio Toyama is a business coach and customer experience consultant. Claudio works with clients on leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship in the US, the UK and Brazil. He is currently an official TED Fellows coach (TED talks) and Toastmasters' Area 55 Governor. Claudio was a volunteer coach for Leadership Essentials Howard County. He has lived and worked in 5 different countries in 4 continents and currently lives in Columbia, MD with his wife.
